NVIDIA SN3000 Series – Spectrum-2 25/100/200GbE Switches (Formerly Mellanox)
The SN3000 series is the Spectrum-2 generation: 200GbE-class Open Ethernet switches with a 42 MB fully shared packet buffer, 425ns cut-through latency, and the same multi-OS Open Ethernet model as the rest of the Spectrum line (NVIDIA Onyx, Cumulus Linux, or ONIE/SONiC). Units circulate under both Mellanox MSN3xxx OPNs and NVIDIA 920- part numbers.

Airflow and Software Variants
Each model ships in two airflow builds: P2C (power-side intake, port-side exhaust – blue FRU handles; OPN letter F) and C2P (port-side intake, power-side exhaust – red FRU handles; OPN letter R). Mellanox-format OPNs also encode the software designation: a trailing C = Cumulus Linux, O = ONIE, no letter = NVIDIA Onyx.
