The DCS-7060CX-32S-R offers layer 2 and 3 wire speeds and is purpose-built to meet requirements for software-defined cloud networking. The interface speed of the DCS-7060CX-32S-R layer 3 switch enables customers to evolve from 10-GbE and 40-GbE up to 100-GbE. The DCS-7060CX-32S-R also facilitates the smooth transition for 1, 10, and 25G servers that have IEEE 25G support. The switch includes two power supply units, four fans, two post rack mount ears, two power cords, and a console cable.
The 7060CX2-32S-R layer 3 switch includes modular ports and a total of 34 SFP+ and QSFP100-type expansion slots for both 32×100-GbE as well as 2×2-GbE. Additionally, the DCS-7060CX-32-R switch supports advanced EOS features and is an optimal choice for customers operating in both traditional and virtualized data centers.
